- 1 1/2 cups diced strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups diced cantaloupe
- 1 1/2 cups diced watermelon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 cups apple juice
- Toss together fruit, then divide evenly into 6 paper cups.
- Pour 1/3 cup of apple juice into each cup.
- Place cups in the freezer (make sure they are level). After an hour, popsicles should be partially frozen. Place a wooden popsicle stick into each cup. Freeze until firm.
- Peel cup from popsicle and enjoy!
