Pear Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu, drained
  • 1 cup pear juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cup ice


  1. Quarter, pit, and peel the avocado.
  2. In a blender, process all the ingredients except the ice until it is smooth. Add ice and blend until everything is smooth.
  3. Divide the smoothie among 4 glasses and serve.
