- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup silken tofu, drained
- 1 cup pear juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cup ice
- Quarter, pit, and peel the avocado.
- In a blender, process all the ingredients except the ice until it is smooth. Add ice and blend until everything is smooth.
- Divide the smoothie among 4 glasses and serve.
