Nutella French Toast

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 slices French bread
  • 4-6 Tbsp Nutella
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup syrup
  • Powdered sugar, for serving


  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. Spread 2-3 Tbsp Nutella on 2 slices of bread. Place the other slices on top and gently press then together.
  2. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture until it is evenly coated.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the French toast sandwiches. Cook for 4 minutes per side or until golden. Cup the French toast in half diagonally and transfer into plates. Drizzle with some syrup and powdered sugar and serve.
