Homemade Corn Chips

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup boiling water


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Place the dough on parchment paper and spread it evenly and thinly across the pan.
  4. You can decide to cut the dough into chip shapes or break it up after baking.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow the chips to cool and break apart (if you didn't cut the dough).
