- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Place the dough on parchment paper and spread it evenly and thinly across the pan.
- You can decide to cut the dough into chip shapes or break it up after baking.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow the chips to cool and break apart (if you didn't cut the dough).
