Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread (Allergy Free)

  • 1 box of gluten-free yellow cake mix {King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix is made in a Top-8-free facility}
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (Enjoy Life Mini Chips are free of the Top 8 Allergens}
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon. of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1 15-ounce can of pumpkin {ie: Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin}


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix until a smooth batter is formed.
  3. Add chocolate chip and mix lightly.
  4. Pour batter into each cavity and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
  5. Depending on which type of pan you use, cooking times may vary. Check by sticking a toothpick in the center.
  6. Remove from oven. Let cool. Slice & enjoy!
