- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1 cup spiral pasta
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- In a medium pot, bring chicken stock, celery and carrots to a boil.
- Add dry pasta and cook for 12-15 minutes (until pasta is tender).
- Add chicken and cook until heated through, then serve while still warm.
