Basil Spinach Pesto

Ingredients

  • 4 cups spinach leaves
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Add the spinach, basil, garlic, garlic, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Blend for 30 seconds. Slowly pour in the olive oil while the mixture blends and process until smooth.
  2. Store in refrigerated sealed container until ready to serve.
