- 4 cups spinach leaves
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Add the spinach, basil, garlic, garlic, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Blend for 30 seconds. Slowly pour in the olive oil while the mixture blends and process until smooth.
- Store in refrigerated sealed container until ready to serve.
