Ingredients

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
    2. In a small bowl, juice the lemons.
    3. Peel and slice bananas into 1/4 inch thick slices. Dip each slice into the lemon juice then place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
    4. Bake the banana slices for 2 hours then flip them over and bake for another 1.5 hours. Store in an airtight container.
