Banana Berry Smoothie

  • 2 cups of unsweetened rice milk (or any milk really)
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 2 ripe medium sized bananas
  • 1-1.5 cups of ice
  • 1 teaspoon of raw agave or honey (for sweetness) if your bananas are not ripe


  1. Peel and slice bananas.
  2. Put bananas and berries into blender.
  3. Add ice and milk (and sweetener, if applicable).
  4. Blend and enjoy!
