- 1 slice whole-wheat bread
- 1 Tbsp almond butter (or other peanut-free spread)
- 1 Tbsp raspberry jam (or other flavor of jam)
- 1 Tbsp flaked coconut
- Lightly toast the slice of bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
- Spread almond butter on one side, then add a layer of jam. Top it off with coconut.
