AB&J: Almond Butter and Jelly Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole-wheat bread
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter (or other peanut-free spread)
  • 1 Tbsp raspberry jam (or other flavor of jam)
  • 1 Tbsp flaked coconut

Preparation

  1. Lightly toast the slice of bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
  2. Spread almond butter on one side, then add a layer of jam. Top it off with coconut.
  3. Enjoy!
