Restaurant team given lifetime achievement award at Food Allergy Ball
Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick, together known as "Team Carbone," will be recognized at the upcoming Food Allergy Ball.
On December 8th at the American Museum of Natural History, the annual Food Allergy Ball will be held. Receiving a lifetime achievement award at the ball will be Team Carbone for their work as restaurateurs and food allergies.
The team is behind such restaurants as Carbone and Dirty French. They've tirelessly worked to not only inform diners about the foods' ingredients, but to create recipes that are both top shelf and allergen-free.
The guest of honor at the black-tie dinner ball will be Joseph Ianniello of CBS with Karen Lianne Mandelbaum acting as chair for the honors.
