Lecture on Food Allergies Planned in Wisconsin in Jan 19
A lecture on food allergies from the Wellness Way of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is planned for January 19. The public is welcome and discussion will include a newly-emerging food allergy research line into delayed response allergens.
The lecture will be held at the Wellness Way's facility in Fond du Lac and will be lead by Dr. Vickie Goldapske and her staff. Discussions will include some of the failures that conventional food allergy testing can have, especially with delayed-response allergies, and how they can be incorporated into allergy tests.
Attendees can take part in on-site blood draws and package pricing for allergy testing of 184 different allergens.
