I've noticed many PA kids - like my daughter - are also allergic to milk and eggs. Vegan foods don't contain milk or eggs because they don't contain animal products. Any suggestions on a good vegan cookbook?

The Allergy Self Help COokbook, by Marjorie Hurt Jones, RN is a good one and Recipes from an ecological kitchen, by Lorna Sass. Some vegetarian cookbooks contains some egg or dairy free and sometimes Vegetarian Times magazine has some good vegan recipes too. Good luck!

I found a WONDERFUL cookbook that is nut-free, dairy-free and egg-free (my PA daughter is also allergic to dairy and egg). I could hardly believe such a book could exist when I discovered it - exactly what I wanted. The title is "What to Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook"
