Here is the email response I recv'd. from this waffle company. I have not tried their product yet, but saw it in my local grocery store and also health food store (Whole Foods/Fresh Fields). Can't wait to try them!!
Thank you for taking the time to contact Van's International Foods and Veat,
Inc. All Van's Waffles are made without any peanut ingredients and our
facility is peanut free also. I hope this helps. Good luck and have a great
day.

Here's the e-mail they sent me 6/00
"You are correct Van's Waffles do not have any nuts in their products. We only manufacturer waffles at this time, so there is no cross contamination. Thank you for your inquiry."
In the e-mail they sent you, they only refer to peanuts - is that because you asked specifically about peanuts? I've been meaning to re-check Van's myself.
By the way, my 2 year old loves the mini waffles!

Heather2: I always ask about peanuts and all nut products; not sure why they only referenced peanuts.
I bought them today, let me know if you hear anything different from them, as always thanks!
We eat Van's plain waffles all the time without any problem. I was a little concerned when they introduced the chocolate chip ones though. Has anyone tried those?
