My son really loves this Italian flat bread.
He can't have it at the Macronie Grill I believe because of egg cross contamination. (They have peanut oil there too as my neighbor had reaction eating baked potato which had been rubbed with peanut oil.)

Mix together and let sit 5 min:
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 Tablespoon salt

Mix together 1 teaspoon GROUND ROSEMARY and
3 Cups flour in mixing bowl

Pour yeast mixure in and add 2Tablespoon olive oil. Kneed 5-8 min (may need to add little more water if too dry) Let rise until double. Punch down. Place in oiled cookie sheet. Flatten out about 1 1/2 inch thick. let rise some then pour some olive oil on top and dipple dough by pressing fingers in it. Add 1 teaspoon or so of rosemary stems and some sea salt. Bake in preheated(400F) oven lower rack for 20min. I cut bread in pizza pie shapes. My son likes to add slice of mozzerilla cheese in his.

I get the ground rosemary at a local farmers market.
