Hey, you guys, you have to be "officially paired" by me! Okay, so it looks as though Sharon Y and Kathyc are "officially paired" and have worked it out already for themselves.
Actually, obviously, if you see you're the only Canadian posting and there's only one American posting, then I feel totally fine
with people co-ordinating without me, it's just that if we get more people in, I'd like to be able to do it if that is still okay.
Best wishes!

You are right ....my apologies....
I noted that the last Canadian before me had been paired and I just jumped in ......my impulsive nature! Mea Culpa Shar

SharonA, no need to apologize at all! As I said, if everyone can see one Canadian and one American, of course, co-ordinate it yourselves! I don't want to be accused of trying to control this thread or the board.
You did absolutely nothing wrong, I was in a joking mood last night (these don't come upon me very often) when I posted. No need to apologize, please! Best wishes!

I live in Oklahoma and would love to receive Smarties!!! I have 2 yr. old son PA and egg allergic. Kit Kat recently has tacted on "May contain traces of peanuts." Kit Kat is out of my house. Does Smarties contain egg?
I have had hard time finding candy for him that he likes.

Jawar, I'm not clear if Smarties have egg in them. Perhaps someone looking at this thread that has some at home (obviously a Canadian) could check the label. I don't have any right now to check and everyone knows what a disastrous time I have when I go out shopping!
So, now, I have one American needing Smarties. I now need a Canadian, please.
But, if someone can, can you please check the label? Many thanks and best wishes!
Also, Jawar, KitKat in Canada is "safe" because it's made by the same people as Smarties (Nestle) and I know that a lot of people have mentioned wanting KitKat's too, but I'm too worn out to try starting that thread! It's a really good thought, if someone wants to co-ordinate it. Otherwise, when I'm feeling more up and less pressured, I'll start the thread (oh Queen of the Thread Starters! ). It's just that right now, I can't, and I did recognize very early on in this thread that that was potentially a good thread starter/idea. Someone else? Anyone else? Please????? Best wishes! Any Canadians out there willing to send any?
Best wishes!

Cindy, please add me to your list of Americans wanting smarties. P.S. Thanks for doing this, it is a wonderful thing. My son really misses his m&m minis, and I think this will be a good substitute.
