I am looking for a nice allergy-aware restaurant in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC, to enjoy with my peanut-allergic child. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks!

How are is george town from the white house? I was there last month. Had very good luck at Chef Geoff's ( a block from the white house). My son had a small individual Pizza there It was very good. And I had crab cakes they were excellent. I do not believe there was anything on the menu with peanuts. The Chef said he would take extra care. ( I think there might have been a dessert with tree nuts). The restaurant does have kids menue and the food was great. I will go there again when we visit next year. It is "smart casual" attire.
good luck

Try Papa Razzi's in Georgetown. Very lively Italian restaurant.
