I'm still here. We have had computer problems & I haven't been online for quite a while. I have been very dilligent about not eating any PN or TN. I have had a few reactions where I had to take Benadryl. The only things that I can think of that I ate before the reactions were coconut that I used in a fruit salad I made, but we also ate some turkey sausage with that meal. I seem to get really itchy when I eat coconut, so I've been staying away from it.

I'm happy to hear you have less reactions. Hopefully, no more. It's good to keep a food diary so you look back and can figure out what is triggering the reactions. It's good you are staying away from the coconut too. Be safe.

I wish that I would have kept a journal of foods I had eaten over the past few years & the reactions that I had to them afterwards. I have been keeping a food journal over the past few weeks because I'm dieting & trying to lose weight, so I was able to look back & see the coconut & sausage as possibilities. But unfortuneately I didn't do that until the past few months, so before then I really don't know what I had reactions to exactly. I started journaling next to the food I ate what type of reaction I had & if I had to take Benadryl.
I see that this will be helpful in the future.
thanks
