This is an opportunity to provide comments to the Section 504 handbook and process. Follow the link in footnote 4 to get an on-line copy of the 504 handbook. Regards. Carol

FYI --
Link in Footnote 4 does not work as a clickable -- copy & paste it into browser & remove the final "dot" or period (which is actually sentence punctuation, not part of the web address) & then it will work.
Edited for clarity, I hope.

I just took a brief peek at this.
Personally, I see no relevance to this document for the context of the school environment, so if the intent was to obtain feedback for that purpose, I'm not seeing the connection.
This might be something worth posting in the Adults section if people would like to review from the perspective of those who might interact with the FCC.
Section 504 is broad civil rights legislation. Only certain subsections apply to the school environment.
