I'm wondering if anyone has found a safe Chocolate Syrup? I use Hershey's syrup to make chocolate milk in the morning or to make hot chocolate, but I haven't given any to my daughter cause I'm not sure if it's safe....
When I read "natural flavor" I get worried if it doesn't list anything after it
i believe that these days they have to list a peanut ingredient and cant hide it in natural flavors. my son uses hersheys and nestle syrup, no problems!
We use Hershey's chocolate and strawberry syrup for DD (PA/TNA) all the time also. Never called specifically on the syrups- but Hershey's labels well in general.
I use Hershey's syrups, but only the ones that say, "Manufactured by", not the ones that say "Manufactured for".
I too use Hershey's syrup (both chocolate & strawberry).

I called Nesquick and theirs is safe for peanut allergies. According to the rep I talked to, they will list it on the bottle ("may contain" or does contain).

Hersheys, Nestles, and Smuckers - all good (for us)
Santa Cruz Organic from Whole Foods is safe, yummy, and thicker than Hershey's & Nesquick. Just sugar, water, cocoa, vanilla, & xanthan gum.
We us Hersheys syrup and Nesquick.
Does anybody with a milk allergy also use the Hershey's syrup? It looks to be milk-free, but always good to know if others find it to be safe.
Thanks
