Hey there,
I found this old thread about medic alert refusing to engrave call 911 on the emblem.. I called to order 2 new ones for both my girls and they were happy to do it for me. It's the first line of their emblems.. Just thought I'd throw this out in case anyone still wanted to do it.

Are you in Canada or the States? I'm in Canada. DH even spoke to the manager and they refused to put it on. I'm okay with it now since anyone I leave her with will know (she's 2) and I really wanted the bracelet in case of emergency (i.e. car accident) in which case it would be the hospital looking anyway. But it would have been nice to have it. It just says "allergic to..." and "carries epi-pen".

I am in Canada and have had call 911 engraved on all of my son's bracelets since 1998. No one has ever denied me this designation. If in your area there are communities without 911 access then I would understand but otherwise try again.
