Has anyone here been denied a 504 at their eligibility meeting?

Just wondering. Not counting the flippant statements made by schools trying to weasel out of an eligibility meeting by telling you in advance they don't qualify. Has anyone actually sat down at an eligibility meeting and been denied?

Well... Our principal swore up and down that DD was not eligible, BUT she signed the paper saying she *was* eligible. Her reason? We were stubbornly insisting and she didn't want "an adversarial relationship to adversely affect our child." Whatever.
Don't know if that counts as a denial because I have that signed paper. And a signed 504 plan for DD.

Drew's Mom posted in that thread too. Her son's eligibility was also eventually denied (revoked). I'll try to find a thread where she describes her experiences.
