Hi Chris,
I actually spoke with you yesterday. My daughter is getting tested tomorrow. Regardless of the outcome, I am curious about your post. I am a lawyer in NJ who is staying home with my daughter, planning to incorporate by the end of summer, and work as a sole practitioner at least until she goes to school. I have to be upfront here, while I have worked in the legal arena for 14 years (insurance), I have not practiced because I graduated law school in 2002 and then had my daughter in 2003. I am not sure if I fit your needs (you might need someone more experienced) but I figured I would inquire just in case.
Take Care!
