This bill will call on restaurants, take-out facilities and catering businesses to train employees on the seriousness of food allergy and to be able to answer ingredient questions. Call, e-mail or write your local state Senator and Representative and ask them to support this bill. There is a public hearing on this at the State House on Wednesday, May 14th. The hearing will be open to the public.
10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 14th, at the State House in Boston, room A2.
You may present testimony if you arrive 15 minutes early with a typewritten statement, keeping it brief, about 2 or 3 minutes, and you may present it orally before the committee if you are not afraid of public speaking.
I hope that if you live in Massachusetts that you are able to come, but if not, please get on the phone to your senator and/or reps!!

That would be awesome to institute that! Please keep us updated on its progress. Maybe other states will go for something like this if Massachusetts enacts it!
