I have just developed a severe pa/?tna in the last 3 years. i am very nervous about trying new things. unfortunately i cannot do much to encourage you with the herbal teas, since i avoid them myself for the same reason (pa/tna all my life). just too many variables. i can tell you that i have used celestial seasonings brand peppermint tea without incident--my rationale has been, "hey, there's only one ingredient, how scary could it be." i am in the US, so there might be differences in production, tho. have you checked with the company on cross-contamination issues? i have never contacted them so i don't know how savvy they are on these things, but best of luck.
Vicki,
So sorry to hear about your pa/tna. This must be a scary time for you. Do you like plain chamomille? That might be a safe one for you. Or, peppermint is really good and relaxing. Good Luck to you!!
