pI inquired about the products and was told that some "contain very, very small amounts of nut oils". I emailed them to find out about certain products and are waiting to hear back from them. Their products include Edge Shaving Cream, Skintimate, Glade, Windex, Pledge, Raid, and others./p

Good Lord, are these companies ever going to label these things properly? The info. is out there and I await the day when these companies take their responsibility seriously and take major allergens out of their products... or for God's sake - PUT IT ON THE LABEL!!!!!!! Please let us know what you find out about these products.

When will these companies get it????? The company replied back to me and said I needed to be more specific in which products I use, for example which Edge does my husband use. ARGGH!!! They should just be able to tell me which ones have the nut oils. I will buy as little products as possible from them in the future. I will pass on the information when I hear.

I know. These companies are absurd in their ignorance. There may be a single department that answers within each individual brand. Try asking about one brand per e-mail/phone call. They will get annoyed, but they will forward them to the appropriate departments (or at least that strategy worked with ConAgra). I'm dying to know the answers myself. I have many of their products in my home, too. Eek!

I just tried to inquire about Off Skintastic and they won't tell me if there are any peanut or tree nut oils in it.
I called Avon and they are sending me a list of the ingredients in Skin So Soft Bug Guard Plus.

They won't answer me about any brand but Skintimate, & they listed a seed, not a nut ingredient. Totally ignorant on the issue.

I just called Cutter about their All Family and they told me no peanut or tree nut oil. Nevertheless, I requested an MSDS (materials safety data sheet) on it.
Avon is still checking for me.

Heather,
How do request a material safety data sheet? I still have not heard back from this company and it irritates me. I'm ready to boycott their products. Thanks.

I just called the 800 number and one of the selections was "to order an MSDS, press 3" (or whatever the number was). So I did and just left my name and address on the voice mail. Here's the web address, I must have found the 800 number there

Oh yeah, (I'm editing now)...here's the number 800.332.5553
