My sister lives downtown and eats at Zoom Kitchen quite often. She, on a whim inquired about what items on their menu was PA safe..and they told her everything!
They don't "nut" anything in their facility, and everything is prepared there. They stated that they are very nut allergy aware and have will not bring or make items that have any type of nuts in them.
