We recently ordered several EpiPen Jrs from our mail-order prescription company. They arrived in the standard two-pack boxes, which had been placed in a manila envelope for mailing. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the boxes were crushed, and in one case, the protective tube around the EpiPen had been crushed in (enough to make the tube's lid pop off). As far as I can tell, the EpiPens themselves weren't damaged, but there's no way to know for sure unless we use them.
So ... would you use the EpiPens, or request new ones?
I, myself, would definitely call the company and let them know what happened and ask them to send a new one in better packaging. Too big a risk to take for me. Who knows what causes them to malfunction. And when we need those Epi's, we NEED them!

I'd get new ones. Call the company and see what they'll do for you.
Good luck

I have a mail in option, but have always feared temperatures(freezing or too hot) depending on the season. I fill them at a pharmacy for a higher co-pay. Have you ever had a problem with then freezing in the winter(mine could sit for some time in a mailbox). becca
Good point, becca! Hadn't thought of that!
