Worried about the buns restraunts use!


I can't get an honest answer out of Wendys. They won't give me the bakery # so I can call myself and check for x-cont. So now I'm down to ZERO fast things to eat.

I've had an employee check on the buns for me before and it said traces of egg on the bun package, but not in their allergen info. I completely forgot about this until just now...gasp...and she's been eating there okay since then. I know the next time I checked they were fine.

Can you ask to look at the bun package at the restaurant? There may be a # there. (even if the one place hasn't let you, you could try another, or go on a different shift). It may depend on restaurant to restaurant too....

You could also call the general manager. They might have number of the place they are made or could find it for you.
