When Label Reading, Do You Read The Label Three Times?

I have never done this. I read the label once in the store. Only once in 7+ years have I bugged up and bought a "may contain".

I didn't know that this was considered a "rule of thumb" with regard to label reading.

I was simply wondering how many people did know about this and how many people practice it?
