Hi I have question! I just got my son's CAP RAST results back that showed wheat was negative. He has a slight positive on the skin test so we are doing a wheat challenge on Friday. They told me to bring 1/2cup of wheat flour and applesause. What kind of wheat flour should I get that would be safe for him due to his peanut allergy? Is regular flour the same as wheat flour? I tried googling it but didn't really come up with a common brand. Thanks in advance.

We use Gold Medal flour.
I think that King Arthur is also considered safe, but you could check the manufacturer forum and search for flour to see.
I don't think that it should matter if you use bread flour or whole wheat, as they both contain gluten. In fact, bread flour has extra gluten, so that might be easier on everyone (less intake needed).

I have been wondering how your challenge went.
Are you eating regular pasta and bread at your house now?
