We ate Wendy's for lunch today Ds had his usual nuggets fries and frosty. I've never actually seen the mix ins on the menu - maybe our local Wendy's doesn't have them?

I eat there a lot and have never even SEEN the actual mix in but I'm pretty sure it's individually wrapped.

My son is EA and PA and he eats the burgers. I am not sure about the sesame. I don't know if any of there products have sesame. I don't think they do. At the restaurant they have a pamplet with all the ingredients listed out. Maybe you could go by there when your son is not with you and look at that or there website.

Hi! My son is PA/TNA and allergic to Sesame/Poppy/Sunflower seeds. We go to Wendys, but he only eats the nuggets, fries and drinks chocolate milk. I don't know about the buns so I don't let him order a burger.

I wonder if they get their bread from a place where they make other breads with seeds or do they make their own bread separately. Their ingrediant chart on the website does not list sesame. Most places don't list sesame yet. Hopefully one day they will.

i checked the website. i just read through the ingredients since sesame is not in the top 8. some buns mention sesame and some dont. he eats plain buns at mcdonalds and is fine even though they do have buns with sesame.

Just a little note of warning. I never get the buns with seeds at McD's but I have found the plain ones had sesame on them more times than not. Sometimes just random on the bottoms, which I'm sure you look for anyways. But what I was suprised at was the middle outer edges where the bun is sliced in half. (I hope you understand what area I'm talking about because I'm not very good at explaining things lol) Can't see them well because they are similar in color to the bun, but I've found sesame baked into this area on the bun around the edges. I don't not feed DS the burgers from McD's anymore because of this. He has MFA including sesame. Just a heads up.
