I spoke to Wellshire Farms and then went on their new allergy information part of their site and it is really good. They are very aware of food allergies.

We do not have sesame seeds in our products. But if you want to double check, please feel free to call.

I wish all companies would follow Wellshire Farms example. It sure makes it easier to find the best products. We have been using their products for years and never had trouble with any of them and we have multiple food allergies in our family. I think they are the best!
