hey there. my name is tracy and we recently found out our 5 year old has a peanut allergy. we still have to go get the lab work done, but skin test was positive. i am terrified, but have a wonderful support system. hoping to build that here. i am trying to find some resources that i can print out for the other parents in my daughter's pre-k class. if anyone knows of anything specific, please let me know. thanks. can't wait to chat with you guys.

I have a first-grader in a Fresno area public school who has peanut, egg, milk, and tree nut allergies. Over the past five years, I have learned a lot, most importantly how parents must advocate for their children because of the lack of knowledge on the part of the general public. I am presently concerned with safety at school. I recommend the Kids With Food Allergies Foundation for information at kidswithfoodallergies.org.
