I would eat nutty foods and my mouth would itch and tingle, but I never thought to stop eating them. One night I had a milkshake that they made on equiptment that they made a pecan turtle one on.It still had peices of nut in it. I got a rash, then I was having trouble breathing, so my fiance took me to the ER. Went to my allergist the next day got testing done, and got my epi pens.
