I am Julielynn. I have two kids - a 4 year old and a 1 year old who was just diagnosed with PA after another parent brought peanut butter crackers to daycare. He got a hold of one and, well, I expect you guys know the drill! Thank god there was no respiratory response- just crazy, out of control hives and excema and swelling.

Anyhow, no one in my family has had food allergies, so this is a whole new world for me.

Welcome! I've found this forum to be very useful. My 2.5 year old was diagnosed last month. It's life-changing to be sure. Good luck!

Welcome! I am new to this as well. This site has been amazing, I had no idea I would have so many questions arise and so many things I would need to discuss.
