Hi everyone - I'm a new member here. My wife has severe allergies to both peanuts and tree nuts, and I've worked as a professional cook, as well as writing the food blog Herbivoracious.com. I recently wrote this article to help restaurant employees (both in the kitchen and the dining room) understand the seriousness of nut allergies and what they can do to avoid harming their customers. I'd really appreciate it if you would read it, and pass it on, especially to anyone who works in restaurants.

Thank you,
Michael
