Hello Everyone:

I have a quick question in hopes of some feedback. Back in 2003 or 2004 in Massachusetts. I think, there was a family who had a dispute with their child’s school regarding food allergies and had to bring it in front of the BSEA, and the parents prevailed. The mystic valley case.

It’s my understanding it was a case of first impression and changed quite a bit.
.
I was trying to find out if this document has helped other families in their own battle. Your comment or input would be greatly appreciated and if I did not post in the correct forum could you please share my question. Thank you in advance!
