Is anyone familiar with the law requireing an emergency plan? Our present school nurse is trying to help us get ready for kindergarden next year and is pretty informed about this. She contacted Spokane school district and got a copy of all their estensive information when we first started last year (pre-school). She thinks private schools are also required to have these. Our best and safest option will probably be a private school, but dh is concerned about the liability issues. So, I am trying to figure out what I can. I live in Washington State - my 15 year old has gone to public school since Kindergarten - yes, we had to have forms in order before school started but we did that before there was a law anyway.
