vitamins and b-12 shots

pI am going to have surgery and will need to take a multi-vitamin and b-12 shots forever after surgery, has anyone found a safe vitamin and does anyone take b-12 shots and they have pa, i do not want to react to these and would love any input./p

I take Centrum everday and various B vitamins.
I also get vitamin B-12 shots and have never had a problem.

I thought i read on this site that centrum had peanut oil in it, are you in canada or U.S? Thanks.

I use Shaklee products. The 800# is

About the B-12 you'll probably need to find out which drug company manufactures it and give them a call. Good Luck.

Hi,
I have been taking Centrum Vitamins for the past 10 years. I have never had a problem. I live in the United States. I also take Nature Made Vitamins, GNC vitamins and Twinlab Vitamins without any problems.
