We have just received a letter from USAIRWAYS as well. It's a basic letter that most of us have received. One sentence reads, "We have received number of letters and emails from customers who are concerned about the potential offering peanuts as a snack, and we are currently evaluating the snack selection for possible changes."
How long does currently mean? Six weeks, 6 months, and year? I do believe they have board meeting once a week I would think! We need to stay on them folks. It sounds like a possible Politically Correct statement they are trying to make! The letter was signed by Timothy Graham Office of Consumer Affairs
