Hi Ally,
Your friend may want to contact Dr. Sampson in New York City. I think he is at Mt. Sinai Hospital. You can probably search this site by his name and get more information.

Hi - The phone # for Dr. Hugh Sampson at Mt. Sinai Hospital is 1-212-241-5548. The secretary there can probably help your friend find a good allergist. This phone # is the link to a study Dr. Sampson is doing to try to find a vaccine for peanut allergy. I think this phone # is for volunteers for the study, but I'm sure the secretary can help you find the information you need. Good luck! Carolyn

Hi Ally - To find out more about Dr. Sampson, go the the section titled RESEARCH, then click on the thread titled "TANOX ANNOUNCES START OF ANTI-IgE CLINICAL TRIAL". You will find a lot of info. plus many testimonials about Dr. Sampson. Apparently, he is one of the best there is. Good luck.
