Up-to-date state list of EMT epinephrine rules & practices?

Is there a new link to or a list (state by state) readily available of EMT practices with regards to their epinephrine supply & administration?

I recall that FAAN once had something like this available (1999?)

Thought we should all be up-to-date on this, as I've not seen it recently discussed.

And am using the "no EMT-administered epinephrine" as part of my case against arbitrary limits by military pharmacists as to Epipen refills.

Just gathering my facts. . .
