a TV advert for Barclays Bank featuring a man whose face swells up after being stung by a bee has been banned after complaints from almost 300 viewers. most said it was offensive to people who suffered from allergies because it mocked a potentially fatal situation as the man suffered an anaphylactic shock. Ninety -one said they felt personal distress because either they, or friends suffered from allergies.
