pFORUM NOW OPEN FOR ACTIONS TO TAKE TO HELP WORK ON AN ISSUE/p
pI think it may work out best if you post here that there is a thread on another forum and what you would like others to do and THEN LINK TO THAT THREAD ON THE FORUM. BE SURE TO POST WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO ON THE THREAD YOU SEND THEM TO. (If you have not read the frequently asked questions on how to use these discussion boards and if you do not know how to link to another board by copying and pasting the URL (web address) for that thread THEN WRITE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO LOCATE THE THREAD YOU WANT THEM TO GO TO. This would help keep the work organized on the correct Forums. Keeping the issue on the correct Forum will help others in the future when they are searching for an issue or topic./p
pAn example may be to post on this "Actions" board something like this./p
pExample of topic headingbr /
Join our email, letter writing and calling campaign to let Kellogg's know what we need.br /
/p
pThen in your post put what you are hoping to accomplish and what they can do to help and make a difference. Encourage everyone's input and be sure they know you are open to suggestions on how to make the changes you are looking for (and if you are on the right track)!/p
pExample of postbr /
We are working on contacting manufacturers to find out what their labeling policy is and to work together as a community to bring about changes in the labeling policies that need to be amended. Here is what we would like you to do (then state some things they can do to make a difference, such as sending emails, letters, making phone calls to the manufacturer etc./p
pBE SURE TO MAKE IT AS EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR OTHERS TO DO WHAT YOU ARE ASKING THEM TO DO! POST THE EMAIL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OR OTHER INFORMATION WHICH YOU WANT THEM TO CONTACT. POST EXAMPLES OF WHAT THEY MAY WANT TO WRITE OR SAY SO THEY CAN GET IDEAS OR COPY AND SEND WHAT YOU HAVE POSTED TO THE MANUFACTURER./p

Stay Safe,/p
