For those avoiding soy (but not oil or lecithin), Thomas' changed its bagel formulation and are now using soy flour. This formulation change seems to have gone hand in hand with a packaging change.

Thank you for the heads-up.

It just goes to show that we have to read the labels on EVERYTHING, even the foods we thought we could trust.

Damn soy flour...it's everywhere.
