It's to early to tell.
Yes I have met the aide so far so good!.
It has only been 4 days since I have not been there!
I am feeling something in the school can not put my finger on it.dykwim?
edited to add:However I donot like the [b]fake kindness[/b]
that I am getting from some persons in the school.

I completely understand what you mean about *fake kindness*. I'd much rather have people say how they feel - even if it's nasty, at least then we can discuss it.
