My Mother and brother were denied boarding by cathay pacific. My brother was denied boarding all because he is in a wheel chair and was born with Cerebral Palsy. My brother had travelled in Italy and also from the the Philippines to the Netherlands. For the first time,he was discrimated. How can they issue a plane ticket to him when Cathay know for a fact regarding my brother's condition? That fact was declared by my mom the moment the ticket was purchased. Worst they didn't even arrange for a refund.No words can ever describe how dismayed our whole family was regarding such incident.
