My PA daughter is 10. She's been going to camps since she's been 5. No matte what I always feel nervous. There's no way to stop it. Last year and this year she is going to a week long sleep away camp. That is the worst. But... she wants to go, she needs to experience what other kids do, so I let her go. So I won't tell you not to feel nervous, I'll only tell you to try not to let your child know how nervous you are.
