'Sticky Fingers' in downtown Charleston, South Carolina serves ribs, barbeque chicken, etc. and is PA friendly as one of the operating managers for this restaurant has had PA for most of his life. The wait staff is informed about PA...however, the desserts (except for the peach cobbler) have TN.
